Reaction Co., a HUBZone Rated Civil and General Contractor serving Guam, CNMI, and Micronesia, has been in business for over 30 years, founded in May 1994 by Randy G. Sager.

Our Story

Reaction Co. is a general contracting firm that performs a wide array of construction projects on Guam, CNMI & Micronesia. It is currently managed by its Owner & President, Randy G. Sager. Joining the managing team are a group of individuals, namely our General Manager - Joann Duenas, Denis Cruz, Construction Manager, Project Engineers / Estimators - Lisa Arcilla, and Christian Arellano, JayMark Sacres - RUD Mgr. and our Yard staff, Manny Alvarez & PJ Aguigui, who are highly motivated professionals who have the experience, knowledge, and dedication to complete projects on time with a high-quality commitment to our clients' satisfaction.

We accomplish 100% of our Speciality RUD work and 85% of our Civil construction work with our own workforce. Our clients include the following: 1. Guam Business Owners, 2. US Military, 3. Federal Government, and 4. Government of Guam. Typical projects include commercial & industrial buildings and civil construction with site and utility development.
